Agency Marketing

The agent may be able to write great copy for the property ads but the job of self-promotion and getting all of the related agency marketing materials together can be time consuming and technical. SSA can arrange the Agency Marketing for a set percentage fee. This can include:

• Manage agency Facebook account and add posts for each new listing plus weekly “news” post
• Manage agency YouTube account and posts for each new listing (“coming soon” and “just listed” videos)
• Manage agency Instagram account and add posts for each new listing
• Help run, implement and monitor agency prospecting plan
• Create marketing/canvassing material
• Manage VPA spends
• Provide brand marketing including regular monthly DLs and quarterly newsletters
• Provide brand management ensuring all marketing activities adhere to agency and/or group marketing style guides
• Ensure stock of all branded stationery and promotional items
