Property Management
Property Management should be an integral part of any agency’s business plan but many agencies find the challenge of establishing and/or managing a growing rent roll too great a challenge.
SSA will provide Property Management infrastructure upon which the client agencies can build either a Rent Roll asset or a Property Management income stream.
As new managements are brought in, SSA can either:
- Add the property to the agent’s personal rent roll from which the agent receives a discrete ongoing income or
- Combine it with others into the SSA owned rent roll from which the agent will receive an ongoing percentage of the income generated by the properties that they have contributed.
In addition, dependent upon location and availability, SSA will seek the assistance of client offices to fulfill some of the portions of the property management life cycle for a set percentage or dollar value fee:
- Local Property Advertising
- Open Homes
- Ingoing Inspections
- Leases and Keys
- Settling In Inspection
- Routine Inspections
- Outgoing Inspections
